Lydia Harris is the founder and visionary behind Lydia Harris Entertainment. As a former co-owner of Death Row Records, she brings firsthand experience in music, artist development, business leadership, and cultural influence. At LHE, Lydia guides the company’s overall direction, develops major partnerships, supports emerging talent, and leads projects across music, television, film, publishing, and live entertainment. Her work is centered on protecting legacy while creating new opportunities for the next generation.

Lydasia Harris
Vice President
Lydasia Harris supports the strategic and operational growth of Lydia Harris Entertainment. She works closely with company leadership on brand development, internal coordination, executive initiatives, and long-term planning. Her role helps ensure that LHE’s projects remain organized, consistent, and aligned with the company’s vision as the brand expands across entertainment and media.

Spencer Mitchell
Business Development Manager
Spencer Mitchell leads business development efforts for Lydia Harris Entertainment. He focuses on building strategic partnerships, developing corporate relationships, identifying sponsorship opportunities, and creating new pathways for revenue and growth. Spencer also helps connect LHE with brands, organizations, artists, and industry professionals whose goals align with the company’s mission.

Raymond Charles
Chief Operating Officer & Executive Assistant to the CEO
Raymond Charles oversees the day-to-day operations and execution of Lydia Harris Entertainment’s business and creative initiatives. His responsibilities include project management, brand strategy, artist development, marketing coordination, digital platform oversight, partnership support, and internal organization. He also serves as Executive Assistant to Lydia Harris, helping manage executive communications and the coordination required to move the company’s priorities forward.
